Every new member joining our Personal Training Program is taken through a comprehensive, three-phase onboarding process designed for their body, their goals, and their long-term success:


Phase 1: Precision Goal Mapping


You'll sit down one-on-one with a dedicated team member. This is a deep dive into your specific fitness goals, the unique obstacles you've faced, and any lingering concerns. We listen first, so we can design effectively later.


Phase 2: Data-Driven Metrics


We eliminate guesswork. Your session includes an objective analysis using our advanced InBody Scale, capturing essential metrics and measurements to establish a true baseline for your health and progress.


Phase 3: Foundational Movement Assessment


Before you ever lift a weight, we ensure safety and efficiency. We conduct a detailed full-body assessment (see picture above) 

to accurately gauge your mobility, pinpoint your exact range of motion, and identify any areas that need corrective focus.
